How to do the kettlebell swing for 4 Hour Body

Other 4-Hour Body posts:
If you've been wondering how to do the kettlebell swing that Tim Ferris describes in the 4 Hour Body, in the section entitled "Perfect Posterior", here is a video of Tim Ferris explaining exactly how to do it.

Tim recommends a 20kb/44lb or 24kg/53lb kettlebell for men to start, and a 16kg/35lb or 20kb/44lb kettlebell for women to start. I was pretty out of shape, and I started with a mere 20lb kettlebell. (You can find kettlebells on Amazon.)

Just a note for people trying to find the best deal:

I found my CAP Barbell 50lb Cast Iron Kettlebell on Walmart.com for $64.00 with free Site-to-Store shipping (http://bit.ly/eI3T2y) -- $34 less than the Amazon alternative.

This was a month of so ago. Now the price is $63.54 with $0.97 shipping and they are currently out of stock online. Still . . . .

Thanks for the great blog! I've added you to my blogroll (http://wp.me/1gVPO) and will be back often! =)

Looking at other Amazon.com results, the CAP Barbell 50-lbs kettlebell costs the same from Amazon and could be shipped free to your house if you have Amazon Prime (http://amzn.to/hm0eLC).

If you don't have a Prime membership, the Walmart.com deal would still be better.
