I also wrote a summary of the presentation, but through my own lens. Along with my notes, I used your unbiased account as a reference. It was very helpful, so thank you! I put a link to your post in mine. And here's the link to mine if you would like to take a look: http://www.recoveringsupermom.com/2012/01/christina-katzs-7-flabby-writing-habits.htmlRecovering Supermomhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01248693853441986434noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5128809094439921176.post-78052607351768484172012-01-12T17:02:02.566-08:002012-01-12T17:02:02.566-08:00Thought you might be interested in this since you ...Thought you might be interested in this since you like Cory's work. http://www.writersdigest.com/writing-articles/by-writing-goal/get-published-sell-my-work/inside-the-mind-of-cory-doctorow

His new collection, Context, is quite good too.Christina Katzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14877586168135936638noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5128809094439921176.post-3657734485711482242012-01-04T09:29:32.153-08:002012-01-04T09:29:32.153-08:00Awesome, William. Just a few days ago, I opened up my web browser to my iGoogle homepage, and my eyes noticed one of the homepage gadgets: I had used a todo checklist at some point in the past to make a list of long term goals.

The only item on the list was "Publish My Book". I happily checked it off with a great feeling of satisfaction.

That goal had been there, staring me in the face daily, for two years.

So naturally I made a new goal for myself: "Get 25% of my income from my writing." I don't know if it'll happen this year (I'm going to work towards making it happen.) But I feel confident it will happen.

WillAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15104795180569290637noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5128809094439921176.post-38397288205182458912012-01-03T21:07:48.715-08:002012-01-03T21:07:48.715-08:00Wow.
